Hope of Partnerships (HOP) is a community-focused development organization based in Wau, South Sudan. The organization works to strengthen communities through education, empowerment, and strategic partnerships that promote dignity, inclusion, and sustainable development.
A core pillar of Hope of Partnerships is its support to Kelly Academy of Hope Group of Schools, a community-based education initiative providing Nursery, Primary, and Secondary education. The schools serve as centres of academic excellence and holistic child development, nurturing knowledge, character, and life skills.
Hope of Partnerships implements integrated programs addressing gender justice, climate-resilient agriculture, youth empowerment, and peace building. Through collaboration with communities, institutions, and development partners, the organization delivers locally driven and sustainable solutions.
Kelly Academy of Hope Group of Schools operates as a flagship initiative under Hope of Partnerships. The schools promote inclusive education for both boys and girls, supported by teacher mentorship, learning materials, school feeding programs, counseling services, and co-curricular activities.
Hope of Partnerships is committed to advancing sustainable development through six thematic areas: education, prevention of gender-based violence, SMART and climate-resilient agriculture, women and girl-child empowerment, youth development, and peace building through culture, religion, and sport.

Hope of Partnerships operates as an affiliate consulting body under Star Inspire Life Consultants, which provides technical leadership, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and resource mobilization support to ensure accountability, impact, and sustainability.
